document 1060 District Grant Proposal Form 2018-19 Popular

Download (doc, 146 KB)

Please use this form to register a proposal for a 2018-19 District Grant. Once completed, it can be emailed to District Foundation Grants Officer Brian Phillips via the address on the form. If accepted, a full application will need to be completed. Note that this two step process is only necessary for the first cycle of District Grant funding each year as it enables us to apply for the full 'block' grant based on the proposals that have been received.

Depending on the availability of funds, multiple applications can be accepted from the same Club through the year. It is always best to apply as early in the Rotary year as possible though.

In the interests of fair use of the available resources, a maximum of £1,000 is now in effect for funding of projects from the same Club within a Rotary year.
