D1060 Foundation District Grant Application FillableForm - v3.0.docx

Please use this form to submit a full application for a District Grant. In this case, the form is in Microsoft Word format, with editing restricted to the form's entry fields to preserve the overall layout and make the content easier to fill-in. Once completed, it can be emailed to District Foundation Grants Officer Robert Rainbow via the address on the form.

Depending on the availability of funds, multiple applications can be accepted from the same Club through the year. It is always best to apply as early in the Rotary year as possible though.

In the interests of fair use of the available resources, a maximum of £600 is now in effect for funding per project per Club within a Rotary year. Note that multiple Clubs can collaborate on projects and pool their allocations to enable larger projects to be carried out.
